Up to four vehicles are permitted to park on the property.

This is a non-smoking property.
Smoking inside the home or otherwise violating the property’s smoking restrictions may result in a $750 smoking violation fee, as stated in the property’s current house rules.
Guests may also be responsible for reasonable additional costs resulting from smoke-related damage, odor remediation, or cleaning, where permitted by applicable law and the applicable booking agreement.
Guests are expected to be considerate of neighbors and the surrounding Pirates Beach community.
Outdoor loud music is not permitted, and quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Guests must comply with applicable local rules concerning noise, parking, trash, and other neighborhood requirements.
Galveston short-term rental regulations may impose additional obligations on property owners, operators, and guests. Guests are expected to follow applicable laws and property rules during their stay.
Guests agree to treat the property, furnishings, appliances, equipment, and outdoor areas with reasonable care.
Guests may be responsible for damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or other costs caused by themselves or members of their group, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable reservation agreement.
Guests should report significant maintenance problems, damage, or safety concerns to the host or designated property contact as soon as reasonably possible.
Amenities and property features are provided subject to availability and normal operation.
The host does not guarantee that every amenity will be available at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, repairs, weather, utility interruptions, equipment failure, or circumstances outside the host’s reasonable control.
No refund or compensation is guaranteed solely because an individual amenity becomes temporarily unavailable unless required under the applicable reservation agreement or applicable law.
The property provides convenient access to the beach and outdoor areas.
Guests are responsible for exercising appropriate caution when using beaches, outdoor spaces, fire-pit areas, grills, and other amenities.
Beach conditions, weather, tides, surf, wildlife, and other environmental conditions can change without notice.
Guests are responsible for supervising children and for making appropriate safety decisions during their stay.
The property includes an outdoor fire pit seating area and gas BBQ grill.
Guests must use these amenities responsibly and follow any safety instructions provided at the property.
Guests must never leave an active fire or grill unattended and must follow applicable local fire-safety requirements and restrictions.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
The host is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Guests should secure valuables and ensure that personal items are not left unattended.
